Frequently asked questions

Why do I receive an SMS code?

The code proves the number is yours before we save or show orders, addresses, and delivery details. You do not need a password; WhatsApp is reserved for order confirmation and support.

When is my order confirmed?

The platform first records a reservation with a reference. It is not confirmed yet. It becomes a confirmed order only when you receive our confirmation message on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can request cancellation from the tracking page or on WhatsApp. To protect your order, the cancellation is also validated and confirmed over WhatsApp before it takes effect.

Is delivery always free?

Only when each date and address reaches $300 MXN, the zone is validated, and the route is viable. Below that, we offer pickup or confirm the applicable delivery fee.

Can I order with an allergy?

Product cards show declarable allergens. If you report an allergy or ask for information we do not have, the request goes to a person. We do not promise a trace-free kitchen.

What does subscribing mean?

You reserve a baking date for one or four weeks. In V1, renewal is manual and availability is confirmed only after cutoff and validation.
